Paypal Giving Fund enrollment error

When I try to enroll in Paypal Giving Fund I get this "You need to confirm your charity's PayPal account. Once your account has been confirmed, you'll be able to enroll in PayPal Giving Fund."   But when I click "Confirm your Account" it says: " We're sorry, something went wrong.  We're having trouble accessing your confirmed charity account. Please contact customer service and we'll help you fix it."

Please help on this as i am trying to use our account for Paypal Giving to enroll and the error above shows up.
