Just today, I received a confirmation email that my identity had been confirmed. Ergo, I can now fully use my account.
I go to try to apply for the PayPal Cash [Debit] Card, and the screen pops up and tells me that it needs to verify my identity, even though I already have done that and now I can hold money in my account. Is this an error on the website's part or do I actually need to submit my information again to apply?
