Can I use PayPals pay in 4 within PayPal? For example if I purchased something from Facebook market place, and the seller requested the payment though PayPal, can I then use pay in 4 though PayPal? This would be a great option if not yet available… Another example would be say a friend request money payment though PayPal and then you could pay them back in pay it in 4.
