I used this key card to make purchase on Amazon now it’s not on my activity no proof I used key card to purchase this dog light that is defective I can’t get replacement or refund I would like my keycard back I would like my refund back I used key card to purchase items on line a lot why did they take it from me and wile I was in middle of purchasing this 12.99 dog light I would like a refund or replacement it is sold by Amazon they will not help me and I can’t get proof I bought it using key card my key card is gone please help
