When a customer buys more than one item, PayPal is charging them the flat rate shipping fee for each item instead of one single flat rate fee. The flat rate is set up via a check-box in WooCommerce. The transaction is passed from my WooCommerce store to PayPal. How can I fix this? What might I be doing wrong?
