Edit: Don't know what happened, but it's suddenly working again.
PayPal only gives 6 month option to pay.
I originally tried to make a purchase just a little over 1K on eBay a week ago. It included one large purchase and a smaller purchase of $50. I was able to combine both items from two sellers into the 24 month credit plan through eBay. The larger 1K purchase was refunded because the seller didn't have the item in stock. But the smaller $50 purchase is still intact on my transaction history. Now today I try to make the same 1K purchase from a different seller on eBay, with their page stating the "$50 for 24 months" plan. I got to eBay checkout and Paypal only gives the 6 month option. Why? Certainly, the 12-24 month offer is usable more than once?
