PayPal Cashback Mastercard unemployment insurance program?

I just applied PayPal cashback card with life event insurance plan.

I'm not sure how long does the program will last, and it seems there is less document to share the detail of the program, eg for unemployment event. How does it really work? Is it one time up to $10K or it would activate after the life event?
