Pay in 4 paid twice

I was making a pay in 4 payment the first one I didn’t get a confirmation that it went through so I did it again and got the confirmation and receipt but upon looking at my bank account I seen that that I paid twice but only one pay in 4 worked yet I paid twice

I had similar issues on the 12/11/21, where a 1 in 4 payment is sitting on the account as pending and the purchase didn’t go through, I am confused?
