Pay in 4 not accepting my transaction

I was late on my last Pay in 4 payment because i wouldn’t be able to pay until tuesday, but when I was ready to pay off my last payment it declined saying, “We’re sorry, we cannot complete your action at the moment” I have enough money on my debit card to make the payment but it’s not going through. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I'm sorry you're having trouble making a payment on your Pay in 4 plan. I recommend contacting Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
