Pay in 4 not accepting my transaction

I was late on my last Pay in 4 payment because i wouldn’t be able to pay until tuesday, but when I was ready to pay off my last payment it declined saying, “We’re sorry, we cannot complete your action at the moment” I have enough money on my debit card to make the payment but it’s not going through. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
