Pay in 4 limitations

Hi there, I've used pay in 4 many times in the last year, but because I was late a few days on a single payment I can no longer use it anywhere. How long will this limitation last? What can I do to fix it?

Only customer services can answer that one unfortunately, but to be honest if you have had a failed payment or a late payment then that option is often withdrawn.
