Pay in 4. Will I have to make the payment even though I am returning the item.

I used pay in 4 to buy something off hottopic. I changed my mind about it but hottopic won't let me cancel the order. My only option is to return it once I get it. I made one payment so far. Will I have to make the next payment if hottopic doesn't receive the item and issue the refund before the next payment?

Yes, you have to keep making payments until you are refunded because PayPal paid the merchant up front for you and is billing you in installments.

Even if you filed a dispute, you must make the payments in the meantime until you are refunded.
