Pay in 4 - Something went wrong? I keep getting this message

I keep getting a message that something went wrong and to return to check out when trying to use Pay in 4? I get no emails saying whether it was denied or not.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you're facing. It sounds like you're having an issue with the checkout with Pay in 4. In a situation like this, I'd advise checking your PayPal 'Activity Log' to ensure the payment hasn't gone through. If you can't see it in the Log, then it most likely didn't go through.

 

If you'd like to try again, I'd advise trying on a new browser or device after refreshing. There's a chance that Pay in 4 may not longer be available for that certain Merchant, Marketplace or type of good.
