Pay in 3 error message

On attempting to use pay in 3 on Ebay. Error message stated "something went wrong, please use another payment method". On trying again, the same error message appeared. On checking my bank, 2 pending amounts have been taken by yourselves for this "pay in 3" even though the transaction wasn't completed. Please refund the money ASAP

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
