Pay in 3 as `pending` and `your plan hasn`t started yet` after a month of purchase

Hi guys, 12th of September I used pay in 3 to order something from Argos. I haven`t received order confirming email from Argos neither ordered goods. I ended up placing another order and paying by credit card. Pay in 3 is still showing on my account as `pending` and `your plan hasn`t started yet` even after a month. Is there a way how to get rid of it? Thanks
