I went to make an order on HP website and continued to Pay in 3, the order didn’t go through and I have no confirmation order from HP but PayPal still took the 1st Payment from my bank?
even though on the PayPal website it says that if an order isn’t complete money won’t be taken. How can I get that money back? I have no order but PayPal have taken the money?

It isn’t taken by the merchant because it’s only a “hold” on the funds. The hold will expire in a few days and drop off as if it never happened.
