Pay In 3 - Change date

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone have been able to change their payment dates by a week. I have a payment scheduled for the 5th November but would very much like to put it back to the 12th November to ensure it gets paid. Can this be arranged?

I understand your concern about the change of date for Pay in 3. Unfortunately, there isn't an option to change the due date however, you can pay off the complete amount.

So if I fail a direct debit payment, what will that mean when it comes to charges?

Hello @RickyJephcote,

That's a great question! If you are late with a payment under a Pay in 3 plan for a purchase made on or before 30 September 2021, you will normally be charged a late fee of £6.
