Ok pay in 4 denied "Application information tied to unusual activity". Nothing has changed on my acct and I've used this several times in the past and for a lot larger purchase amounts. What is this all about??
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
