New Pay Pal shipping platform ship station

Any one else having issues shipping with UPS on New Paypal Shipping platform, Ship Station? The only quotes that come up are from USPS.

Unfortunately , I ship larger boxes, average size 28" x 15" x 14"

This size is much to expensive with USPS. Very disappointed in the
