My PayPal credit has a negative balance. How do I get that money back to my account.

Money was refunded to my PayPal credit account that was paid off. Now it has a negative balance. How do I get that money from my credit account back to my bank account?

Contact Synchrony bank or wait up to a few of billing cycles of not using the negative balance for a refund is issued.
