My Pay In 4 option is no longer available

I had an issue with my card and have always paid everything off on time except for being a few days late to update my card on my recent Pay in 4 to finish a payment. Is there any way I can go about getting my Pay in 4 option back? I use it very consistently and I'd like to be able to open a ticket to resolve this issue.
