I tried to pay with PayPal pay in three, but it said the payment hadn't authorised and that there was a problem, so I left the page and tried again and this time the payment went through. However, the money has come out of my account for both transactions, but there is only one Pay in three on my PayPal account, and I haven't received goods for the first transaction. What do I do?
