If a payment has already been disputed, you would have received an email with additional details with the outcome of the case. If you would like to review this information further with an agent, you can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Message Us (when available) at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
