Invoice Payments will Not Process

When I click the Pay Now button for an invoice that someone sent to my Pay Pal account, I am taken to a blank page with nothing but an progress indicator that just keeps spinning.  The payment doesn't complete and I don't get any errors.  This has happened 3 times with invoices from 2 different vendors.  If I click "Send Money" and enter the vendor's Pay Pal account email address, the money is sent with no problem.  If someone sends me a money request, not an invoice, I can click the send now button and send the money.  There are adequate funds in my bank account.  Send money is not a problem, just invoices.
