I would like to ask why am not eligible for PayPal Credit?

Hi Everyone, 

I would like to ask why am I not eligible for PayPal Credit. I am based in Europe and always follow the guidelines of PayPal when it comes to sending or receiving funds. Past few months I have been trying to see if I can apply for PayPal credit I get a message "Sorry you are not eligible". 

Can anyone explain this to me please? Or may be anyone has the same issue in the past.

It has nothing to do with your account history. PayPal Credit virtual credit line is not available in every country. It is only available in the US & UK.
