Hello, I wanna ask about paypal 5$ reward. I got an email about paypal 5$ reward which mean that my account has been eligible to receive the reward. But when I am about to claim it, it says "You may have claimed this offer already or are not eligible for this promotion." Can someone help me? What is the problem.
I have the same problem. I want to know why did I get the email if I’m not qualified? Looking at the terms and conditions of the offer, I meet all of them.
