I am not sure if I have been approved for a PayPal card or something is wrong with my account

I applied for a PayPal card however without any confirmation in the app or by email I was sent back to my homepage in the app so I assumed I had been denied or something was wrong so I left and B and now when I am logging in my PayPal other than my bank that I had linked to my PayPal I am seeing a MasterCard however I don't recall ever getting confirmation on one. So what do I do or have I been granted a PayPal card?
