How to Purchase Zettle without paying sales tax for a non profit

Our organization is listed as a charitable organization and I am trying to purchase the Zettle devices without sales tax. 

Does anyone have any familiarity with this? I cannot get a rep on the phone to assist.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I wasn't able to find any information on purchasing Zettle devices without sales tax, just this Help Center article on setting up your checkout with tax-exempt status once you already have purchased them: How do I set up taxes in my PayPal Zettle account?

I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page, then type "Zettle" in the "Search your issue" bar. You should see the available Customer Support contact info at the bottom of that article.
