I have a business Business PayPal Account and the option to 'Pay with Your Credit or Debit Card' is not displayed at all and buyers are forced to log in to PayPal even though they do not hold a PayPal account or balance. This leads to a VERY LOW conversion rate and a HUGE LOSS of sales. I had the 'guest checkout' option available so I'm not sure why it is not showing to buyers anymore. I've called numerous times to PayPal support who are placing my call on HOLD for HOURS and they are not assisting at all!! They're so incompetent it's unbelievable!! I'm furious over this!!! :(((
What do I need to do in order to enable Guest Checkouts?
