How to Add Pay Later option to paypal invoices?

I'm using Paypal to invoice customers.  I want to offer a Buy Now Pay Later option to the invoice, is this possible?   I do not have a website set up yet, as sales are made on Instagram Live, and so Afterpay is not an option.  

 

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
