How do I replace a lost debit card?

I lost my original debit card for my personal PayPal account. I cannot find an option anywhere to request another one.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community. 
I understand your concern about to replace the debit card which you had lost.
I would request you to please follow this few steps. To do so, go to Profile > PayPal Debit Card > Report a lost or stolen card > Deactivate Now. You can then request a new one by clicking on "Request Additional Card." If you just need a replacement card because your old one is lost or damaged, call the number on the back of the card instead to request a replacement.
