How can I create a Paypal.me link for my Spotify?

Hello!
Nice to meet you, I`m a musician from Ukraine and I need to create a paypal.me link for my Spotify but I simply can`t because there’s no button to do it. Do you have any suggestions? I`m going to paypal.me webpage, clicking 'create your paypal.me link' and it just sends me to my acc without any buttons to create a link that I need.

You won't have that option in your country.

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

However the friends/family option is not available in every country.
You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
