Hello! Nice to meet you, I`m a musician from Ukraine and I need to create a paypal.me link for my Spotify but I simply can`t because there’s no button to do it. Do you have any suggestions? I`m going to paypal.me webpage, clicking 'create your paypal.me link' and it just sends me to my acc without any buttons to create a link that I need.
Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link. https://www.paypal.com/ua/smarthelp/article/faq4646
However the friends/family option is not available in every country. You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
