Has anyone used the PayPal prepaid card?

I want to buy a PayPal prepaid card and I’m wondering if it’s a scam and all the requirements and steps took to activate it!

I understand you're concerned about a PayPal PrePaid Card. In some countries we do offer PayPal PrePaid MasterCards. Regrettably, we do not offer them in the Bahamas at this time.
