I received this offer July 27 "Get a $25 reward when you buy $25 or more in crypto with PayPal"

When I click on "save offer" it returns:

Something’s not right.

That page doesn’t exist.

I have checking and credit cards linked to my paypal.

Could you help why Iam getting above error?
