I was really stupid and got scammed by someone on Facebook. They refused to send my item unless it was f&f, but as I was extremely desperate to get this item as it was a gift for my boyfriend I messed up. I have all the proof & receipts but I can't get a refund and I have no clue what to do because its £250 gone.
