Fatal Failure message when adding a button

Any time I try to add a button from https://www.paypal.com/buttons/ I get a "Fatal Failure" error message on a blank screen.

 

Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it?

I have the same problem, when trying to access "my buttons" page
