Enable Venmo on PayPal Here

First, please don't try to sell me on Zettle. I get it, that's the future. I'm not ready yet.

In PayPal Here, when I go to charge, I click 'Venmo QR code' or 'PayPal QR Code' and nothing happens. Am I missing a setting I am supposed to be configuring?

Nothing here works. First, there is documentation on Zettle. I am not using Zettle. Second, I was told to generate a QR code in the paypal account. I did that. The option to pick doesn't bring up the QR after clicking charge. 

Enter Card Number (press on the screen, taking to a form to manually enter)

Venmo QR code (press on the screen, nothing)

PayPal QR code (press on the screen, nothing)

Gift card (press on the screen and I get weird options.
