Can l make ebay purchases using paypal in 3?

I found the advice helpfull but it did not completely answer my question, but reading between the lines ebay are not keen because of there 30 day return policy. It could be open to abuse using paypal in 3. But that's just my view. Thanks to kudos for your reply.
