Donation transactions showing as purchases on receipts as opposed to "donation"

Our email receipts for donations are showing as purchases from XXX organisation as opposed to donation to xxx organisation. How can we change how the invoice reads so that donors can claim a tax deduction for donations to us?

I do understand your concern about donations reflecting as purchases in the receipt. In this case, your best option would be contacting our PayPal giving fund support team. You can contact us using this form.
