I started using PayPal to send invoices to my customers, that they can pay themselves. I was told they DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay an invoice. It even says that in the PayPal terms and conditions. Yet, when you get to the screen where you pay, it forces you to sign up for a PayPal account. I had some angry customers today. So I tried it for myself, using an email address that was not associated with an account. Sure enough, it wants me to create an account before I can pay. Is this new??
