Charged twice for old plan and new plan for a pay in 4

I recently placed an order from a site using US dollars using pay in 4. The 1st payment went through but then the day after I got an email saying the plan had changed and the amount went up per 2 weeks. I got charged twice for both the original amount and the new amount but only the new amount shows and the old amount was still charged on my card. Can someone please help
