Charged Twice with Pay In 4

Hello! I was buying a pair of shoes online and decided to use the Pay In 4 feature, after going through all the prompts of what to use to pay etc, the website took me to one more page where I could click a button that'll confirm my order but I noticed I had the wrong sized shoe in my cart, so I went back and edited it to the right size then went through all the prompts again then finally clicked confirm. Later on, I checked my bank account and I've been charged twice with the Pay In 4 service. It's been 11 days since this has happened, the double transaction has disappeared from my account so I only have the one transaction of being charged $50 once but in my bank account, I can still see the double transaction still with one saying Pending. Is there anyway to get this $50 back?

I'm sorry to hear that there was a second charge pending on a Pay in 4 purchased. I can certainly understand how concerning this would be. The second charge is generally a pending authorization. You can learn more about pending authorizations by visiting the Help Center article here.

How did this get resolved? the same thing JUST happened to me, and i either want that extra charge to apply to the balance, or i want it refunded.
Did it resolve naturally, or did you have to contact PapPal about it?
