When I click the link to apply for a PayPal Cash Card I get sent a message saying I cannot apply for the card. anybody received this too?? anyone know how to get around this??
You need a “balance account” first. Receive a payment and accept the money to set up a balance account. You’ll be asked to transfer to bank or keep it in PayPal. Select keep it in PayPal. You’ll be asked to verify your name, address, DOB, and SSN.
