Can I receive payments via PP if I live in Willemstad, Curacao?

I have a small business and I live on Curacao in the (Dutch) Caribbean. I am looking into integrating online payments so people can start ordering internationally. My question is, with a bank account in Curaçao, can I link this bank account to PayPal to receive online payments?
