Being billed for item that I cancelled

Needing some help on this.

I bought an item through paypal credit, then I changed my mind.

So the item got cancelled and the money got refunded £187.32

The transaction shows all this in the statements.

The problem is when I look at "Promotional offers" it shows I have a remaining balance of £187.32 on an item that I cancelled.
