Bank account charged twice for pay in 4

My debit card has a charge twice that is way larger than my pay in 4 is supposed to be. It is not showing in my paypal that it was paid. It still says that my next payment is due in a couple of days. So why is there two huge charges to my bank?

We are sorry for any confusion this has caused. When you make a purchase using Pay in 4, you may see a pending authorization with your financial institution. This represents a temporary hold which is released shortly after completing or canceling the purchase.
