PayPal has the worse customer service I had ever seen. I called and got a lady who told me she had to put me on hold to check on how to solve my problem. I was on hold for over 45 minutes. What kind of customer service is this? Apparently PayPal does not care about their customers with such bad customer service.
I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. After the hold time were you able to get your questions answered?
