Our team are using vendor to distribute reward money to our panelists and users. For those who have not claimed the reward in their mailbox for some reasons, will Paypal send them reminder email? Cause I once received such email and wonder if Paypal still send it. And how many days after can unclaimed reward users will be emailed reminder?
