Enabling Payouts for Business Account

Hello, 

I've been hitting a wall with trying to enable "Payouts" for my PayPal business account, and was advised to post the question to the Merchant Support Community.

• I clicked "Enable" on this screen: https://screencast.com/t/0sPvTyctdW7
• I'm then eventually taken to this broken page: https://screencast.com/t/WqVdvJdhGU0g
• I'm unable to continue since I cannot select one of the required fields - there are no options in the dropdown

I'm trying to collect payments through a mobile app that's being developed, and I can't seem to get the credentials that the app developers need. If there is a better method to accomplish the same goal, I'm open that solution as well.

Hi, if you need to create the request to enable Payouts you can check with Customer Service, alternatively please check this link
