I am renting a car from Enterprise the end of August and have deposited the funds ....$650.00 ...into my paypal account so I don't spend it. I know some "banks" have maximum amounts you can spend in one transaction. I don't want anything to go wrong the day i am leaving on my trip. Can I use my paypal debit card to pay the whole $650?
